Today’s dental consumer expects more than just clinical excellence—they value personalized communication, convenience, transparency, and trust. This dynamic course explores the behavioral drivers that impact patient compliance and examine how every interaction—verbal, non-verbal, and clinical—can either strengthen trust or create disconnect.
Hygienists will gain insight into how word choice, tone, and active listening directly shape a patient’s ability to engage, understand, and accept treatment. With an emphasis on blending advanced technologies with personalized, high-touch interactions, participants will learn how to adapt communication styles and connect more deeply with patients. Practical strategies will be shared for communicating with clarity, fostering emotional connection, and tailoring messages to support patient confidence, follow-through and compliance.
